• Use on low to medium heat for best cooking results and to help preserve the stainless steel finish

• Use oven mitts or heat-resistant gloves when handling, as stainless steel surfaces and handles may become hot during use
• Allow cookware to cool before washing. Do not place a hot roaster directly into cold water
• For everyday cleaning, wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge or place in the dishwasher
• To remove stubborn food residue, soak in warm soapy water before cleaning
• Avoid harsh scourers or abrasive cleaners that may scratch the stainless steel surface
• Dry thoroughly after washing to help maintain shine and minimise water spots
