This PYROCAST 32cm/2.9 Litre Tagine provides superior heat retention and even cooking for flavoursome dishes. The tagine has an enamelled cast iron base and comes with a conical ceramic lid. This durable cast iron tagine is suitable for all heat sources and is ideal for slow cooking. The close fitting conical ceramic lid seals in the heat, and the condensed juices drip down from the sloping sides of the lid onto the food, continually basting and keeping the dish tender and moist. This cast iron favourite will last for years and years with proper use and care.
